today was horrible...but tomorrow starts a new week im starting out at no more than 400 cals
tomorrow. gonna stick to oatmeal (plain) bleh but lots of fiber then am gonna subtract
200 cals tuesday and fast wed and hopefully thursday. so far thats what i have planned out.
